The lucky 6am girls have been invited along to El Mono Loco, the best bar on Javea’s Arenal to offer you a unique dining experience, that you need to sample first hand. Friday the 4th of April will see the 6am Girls basting succulent pieces of meat on El Mono Loco’s own special barbeque tables, the only place in Javea where you can do this!
Performing for our listening pleasure on the 4th April is the extremely talented Will Guest. The 6am girls are really looking forward to being entertained by his “David Grey” blend of folk, jazz and blues whilst devouring a couple of succulent steaks covered in El Mono Loco’s own freshly made sauces.
This simple but very sociable idea of allowing you to cook your chosen food the way you like it, is the perfect setting for a group of you to enjoy together. Their specialty tables seat up to eight people, but tables can be put together to allow for bigger groups if required. They also have a great selection of vegetarian dishes including options for the barbeque tables. Our 6am vegetarian girl is going to be overjoyed!
All barbeque platters are served with a choice of salad, chips, jacket potato or rice. The mixed grill for 4 looks like a good option for a group, and offers a selection of three different meats and langoustines for four. At only €29.95 the 6am girls think this is a really great price for a sociable eating experience.
El Mono Loco is open daily from 9am for breakfast. The indoor area offers lovely comfortable seating in a relaxed atmosphere. They provide free wi-fi access and have a big screen projector showing all the top sporting events. A schedule of these events and all upcoming entertainment can be viewed at the end of this article.
The bar appeals to all age groups and provides good disabled access to all areas. Food is served all day until 11pm. Tables are cleared away quickly, toilets are checked regularly and their drinks prices are extremely reasonably. €1.50 for a coke, €2.50 a pint of beer €4.50 a spirit mix, €3.95 a pint of Guinness and only €6.50 a bottle of house wine.
El Mono Loco is a wonderfully situated bar with a really friendly atmosphere, and the 6am girls are really looking forward to an evening on the 4th April to sample some of there famed hospitality in the company of their great staff, Kate, Mark, Francesca, Anna, Sandra and manager Mike. So come and join the 6am girls at El Mono Loco for some great food and free entertainment, it’s sure to be a feeding frenzy with a bit of funky folk or is that funny folk?
