It is a delight of colour and a tremendous atmosphere. The local bars will be open to provide food and refreshments for all. An excellent way to spend a few hours, in a very traditional atmosphere. It opens daily from 11am to 10pmon Saturday , Sunday and Monday Here are a few alternative activities to keep both children and adults happy and occupied over the Easter holiday! Easter Memory GameLay about 12 different coloured and patterned eggs on a tray, let the players see it then cover the tray with a tea-towel. Ask the players to write down as many of the things that they can remember. For younger players, remove one object and ask if they can remember what it was. Pass the Egg Divide the players into teams, give each a spoon and have them form two lines. The first playerin each line puts an egg onto their spoon and passes it to the next person in line. The egg goes all the way to the end of the line and back to the front again. The team that gets the egg back to the front of the line first, using only their spoons, is the winning team. Egg Walk Give each participant an egg and a spoon. Each has to walk across an area, around obstacles (such as chairs) keeping the egg on the spoon. If the egg is dropped, the player has to start again. The winner is the person who makes it to the end of the course first. Duck Waddle Players line up on a start line. At the signal, they must all bend over and grasp their ankles. The first one to waddle to the finish line without letting go of their ankles, is the winner. Ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times. |
