Good News For Javea Town Traders

As a result of the many protestations from the traders of Javea old town the Ayuntamiento have finally made a move to ease the situation. 

In order to encourage clients back into the market and various shops, the town hall is offering an incentive where by if you purchase goods in one of the participating businesses, you will get free or discounted parking in the new car parks.

At this time we do not have a list of participating shops, but if you are shopping in the old town ask if they can validate your parking ticket.  This type of system is already in operation in many “centro comerciales” around the Valencia Communidad and does seem to help bring in more clients!! Good shopping!!
