The club Nautica Marina today (Thursday) is sending out the first floatilla of around 60 boats to help clean the waters around Javea. This is part of there initiatives in celebrating there 50th year and will continue throughout the week. 

The idea is for the various craft to scour the water for floating debris and that which has landed in the coves around the Javea coastline. The most common being the plastic carrier bag!!! Throughout the year the town cleaning department work hard to keep the sea clean.
