Sunday morning for most means a lie in, but for the parents and players involved in the Sunday Morning International 7 a side football league in Javea there is no respite. The day begins at 9 on the main pitch at CD Javea with 2 games played simultaneously. Well contested games continue throughout the morning for various age ranges beginning at 6/7 years old. Teams come from local schools and the Javea supporters group Javea Amigos.

The tournament was created with a view to allowing children of all nationalities and levels to play football and make friends. Even if you have no connections with the teams it is a great way to spend a Sunday morning and enjoy the friendly banter of supporters.

Even the pitch side bar is open so you don’t have to miss out on your bacon roll and morning coffee fix!!! The tournament has been supported by all at Cd Javea, who also are keeping eyes open for talented youngsters who can enter their training program.
