New Postcodes for Javea

Recently, and as  normal without any publicity or information for its users, the post office has decided to introduce a new post code scheme for Javea and may not deliver letters that are not correctly coded!!

We have all used 03730 for years and this will remain, but only for properties in the old town, Pueblo and the Port.

The rest of the areas have changed, generally the new format is 03738 covering the Arenal and all the way to Cabo la Nao, not including Adsubia and Cap Marti. 03737 Montgo area, 03739 area on the Javea golf course road and Travesia de Cansalades.

An exception to the new codes is if you have a post box in Mailboxes in the Arenal. Due to the fact that they collect the mail form the main post office in the town the code remains as 03730.
